Easter Frolics
After the sadness of losing Cologin’s best canine ambassador – the legend that was Benji – it was a pleasure to see the Barn Bar lightening the mood with it’s annual Easter celebrations. This year the weather decided to throw all 4 seasons into a single day and our guests battled through snow, hail, sunshine and April showers to join in the fun. Benji was no doubt looking on from above and our heartfelt thanks to everyone who took the time to share their memories with our family. Benji is gone but will definitely not be forgotten.
As we move into the main season we’re hoping that the present crisis in the Middle East and the ongoing economic uncertainty will not stop folk taking a well-deserved break with their own 4-legged friends to our peaceful haven in the hills. We really look forward to welcoming you and your pets to our little bit of paradise and we’ll do our best to let you de-stress and escape the madness of modern life. Benji sadly won’t be around to greet you – but your dog treats will go a lot further!
Now that Easter weekend is over the Barn’s moved onto it’s summer season opening hours (Angus will confirm the new weekend breakfast menu and
morning opening hours in the next few months) so please keep an eye on the socials and check you’ve bookmarked the Barn’s website and table booking details.
And finally, a photo of one of our 4-legged locals in full Easter bunny mode to lighten the mood!
