Availability and Bookings

Booking your accommodation is always better value direct! Save commission charges and use our intuitive booking system with all the security and safeguards you have come to expect from online travel agents and support a local business!

Check that the date you wish to book is available and just click on your selected arrival date and departure date. If you’re viewing this website on a mobile you will only see one month at a time and you might need to use the drop down menu to view different properties. If you’re viewing from a tablet or PC you can change the calendar view and our dates, prices and availability are loaded for the next 24 months. You can also view individual calendars for specific properties or property types if you prefer by clicking the ‘stay’ section via our menu and selecting the property or property type you are interested in. And don’t forget, if the computer ‘says NO’ just give us a call or complete an enquiry form as we can override blocked arrival/departure dates or move bookings around to accommodate a group as necessary. Tuesday is now our day-off so we don’t allow arrivals that day during the main season. You’re welcome to leave on a Tuesday but you will need us to make the booking for you.

Outer Hebridean Chalets – Harris, Lewis, North Uist and South Uist – all have one ensuite bedroom – click here for individual calendars and booking

Inner Hebridean Lodges: we have 15 two bedroom properties at Cologin. They are all detached with their own private decking area, front door and parking space. You can choose between a lodge with one king and one twin bedroom – we have 10 properties in this group (Canna, Eigg, Muck, Tiree, Staffa, Iona Mull, Colonsay Islay and Gigha) – these lodges all have a family bathroom with shower over bath. We also have Inner Hebridean lodges with two king bedrooms and a shower room (no bath). Lodges in this group are Rum and Jura – see their grouped availability and book here. Skye is a type B lodge with a different bedroom configuration – it has one king and one single bedroom.

Assisted Wheelchair Access: Coll lodge has one king and one twin bedroom which is large enough to accommodate a fold-down z-bed for a child. This property will accept a family of 5 (but not 5 adults) – click here for this property’s availability and booking.

Cruachan Cottage has one king bedroom, a full size bathroom, pet friendly (maximum 2 pets) private garden and woodburning stove – click here for availability and booking.

Cologin Farmhouse sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms – the property (click here for details). This property has a wood burning stove (the only property at Cologin with this DIY facility) patio and decking, private garden and accepts 2 pets.

We are a pet friendly park but we keep one (2 bedroom) lodge pet-free all year round for those with allergies. It’s best to enquire directly to book this property.

Short Breaks are available throughout the year in all properties but a minimum stay is often required. Our pricing discounts weekly stays. Please note some additional discounts may only be triggered with full weekly bookings. When you book you have the option to enhance our booking terms through our partnership with XCover (Booking Protect).  (See our blog for further details on ‘Refund protection made simple’.) It’s just an option and you do NOT need to select protection for your booking if you have your own travel/holiday insurance.
