Most of our accommodation at Cologin has level access but do let us know if you can’t manage steps or a high door threshold and we’ll make sure you are in an appropriate lodge. We also have a lodge that has been built with wheelchair access in mind, however, it is not ideal for those with very limited mobility and we usually recommend that wheelchair users have an assistant/helper to make the most of their stay at Cologin. The notes below should help you decide if the lodge suits your particular needs but don’t hesitate to get in touch if there is a specific question.
The Barn Bar has level access and there’s space to turn a wheelchair but as the booths have fixed seating between the old cattle stalls it is worth letting the team know in advance so they can book a table with access. In town, some of our favourite restaurants have level access including Eeusk on North Pier.
There is plenty of Blue Badge parking on the streets and carparks – see here for the council’s guide to carparks in our area – and it is possible to hire mobility scooters and other accessibility/mobility aids from Mathesons Furnishings.
