Refund Protection Made Simple

We’ve partnered with Booking Protect to offer our guests enhanced refund terms.  Nothing is more disappointing than not being able to go on holiday and it’s even worse if you have to cancel AND you’re then left out of pocket. Booking Protect allows us to offer our guests the world’s most flexible and comprehensive refund protection cover.  All you have to do is select the additional refund protection during the booking process and you will have peace of mind that you can request a full refund if certain unexpected circumstances occur and you can’t make your holiday.

Circumstances can include injury, accidents, pregnancy, transport failure, bad weather or other situations – find out more here.  In our case this additional protection will kick in as soon as your booking become non-refundable according to our terms and conditions.

If you opt for enhanced protection and you need to cancel you must make a refund request via Booking Protect’s refund portal. Their in-house team handle the whole process so there are no unnecessary queues or waiting around.
